BOARD OF DIRECTORS PRESIDENT – Ivo Godoi Júnior
Ivo Godoi Júnior was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of MIP Holding in 2024. Over the past 30 years, he has worked as an investor, business leader (board and executive positions) and management consultant, accumulating solid experience in P&L, people and investment management; governance and compliance in family businesses; business construction (greenfield and brownfield); mergers and acquisitions; implementation of large projects and organizational change. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Mackenzie University São Paulo and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA and an Executive Master in Organizational Change from HEX and Oxford University, France/UK.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – Iomar Tavares
Iomar Tavares da Cunha was appointed CEO of MIP Engenharia in April 2015. He joined MIP in June 1986, starting his professional career at the company as a construction department engineer. He later took up the positions of field engineer, superintendent of construction engineer and commercial director. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG) and an MBA in business management from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). He participated in the PGA (Advanced Management Program) by Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) in partnership with INSEAD.
ENGINEERING DIRCTOR – Marcos Febronio
Marcos Vieira Febronio took over as operations director in April 2015. He started his activities at MIP in 2002, initially acting as a field engineer and later occupying the functions of execution coordinator and contract manager. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS) and a postgraduate degree in project management from IETEC-MG.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR – Celso Pimentel
Celso Pimentel Fraga Filho has been commercial director at MIP Engenharia since April 2015. He worked for 18 years in project management and business development in the EPC segment and in 2013 he joined MIP to assume the position of manager of International Operations. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with an MBA in project management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
FINANCE AND CONTROL DIRECTOR – Wesley Corrêa
Wesley Anderson Corrêa da Silva assumed the role of finance and control director in 2002. In his professional career, he occupied functions in the area of controllership and budgeting in large companies. In 1997, he joined MIP Engenharia initially as an accountant, later going on to coordinate the Controllership sector. He has a degree in accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG), with a business MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) and an international MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He also holds a master’s degree in controllership and accounting from USP.
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN CAPITAL, COMPLIANCE AND MARKETING – Juliana Cecconello
Juliana Cecconello is a professional with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management and more than 10 years of experience in the area of Corporate Governance, with expertise in Compliance and Risk Management. She took over the management of MIP Engenharia’s Compliance System in 2017 as HR and Compliance Manager, and since 2023 has held the position of Director of Human Capital, Compliance and Marketing. She holds a degree in Psychology from PUC/MG, an MBA in Business Management from FGV/MG, a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Culture from FDC and PUC/MG, and an MBA in Financial Management from PUC/MG.
