In recent years it has been several achievements in defense of PWD professionals (person with disabled).

Currently they are supported by law in their right to access to work. The law 8213/91, also known as Lei de Cotas, was established in July 24, 1991.

This law establishes the reservation of jobs for people with disabilities (enabled) or for people who have suffered accidents at work, beneficiaries of Social Security (rehabilitated).

But the goal of MIP is not only comply with the law, the company wants to include, develop and retain professionals with disabilities, integrating them into society through work.

The MIP believes that all people are equal regardless of whether they have a disability and therefore should be treated equally. MIP values therefore diversity.
