With the goal of continuously improving its processes and keeping aligned with the most modern management practices, MIP Engenharia maintains an Integrated Management System (SGI), which is structured based on ISO 9001 norms (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management in the Workplace) which has as its principles:
– To analyze, understand, and satisfy the needs of our clientes;
– Promote, through analysis and adequate decision-making, everlasting improvement in all its processes.
MIP establishes, through its Integrated Policy of Integrated Management, its guiding principles, such as service quality, the preservation of the environment as well as the health and safety of its staff:
The Integrated Management Policy is implemented in all endeavors of MIP Engineering, including partners, suppliers and service providers.
Senior management also established its Corporate Guidelines Safety, Environmental and Occupational Health, leading to the continuous improvement of standards, able to provide significant changes in organizational, behavioral and cultural aspects SMS.
The Quality Management System at MIP Engenharia was certified in 1999, which proves its capacity to satisfy the needs of its clientes as well as its commitment in promoting continuous improvement of its processes.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT – ISO 14001:2015 NORM
In 2004, MIP Engenharia acquired its certification for Environmental Management Systems, thus displaying its commitment for the protections of the environmental through renewable resources as well as meeting all necessary environmental legal requirements.
HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT IN THE WORKPLACE – ISO 45001:2018
By promoting accident prevention and developing actions geared towards the promotion of health and well-being for its staff, the Health and Safety Management System at MIP gained us the certification in OHSAS in 2005 and ISO 45001 in 2019.
MIP Engenharia has adopted as its main external reference for the structuring of its Integrated Management Model System of Excellence (MEG) from the National Quality Foundation (FNQ), by obtaining recognition from the Minas Gerais Quality Award on the 2011 and 2013.
